I try to read them all. If the questions is a request for information and the information is already given I move along.
If it requests an opinion, in whole or in part, then I may answer if I have some particularly strong opinion on the subject. Or a really funny thought. Or it amuses me to opine.
To be frank, life is all about amusing me.
