No, the "morning after pill" is intended for preventing pregnancy after you've had intercourse. You need a prescription to get it. And, taking it does not bring about a period. Taking it can alter your next period, by making it early, late, lighter, heavier or the same.
You are not having your period because you have an eating disorder. In order to menstrate women must have a certain amount of body fat, without it your body will not menstrate. The fact that your periods have stopped is a sign that you are significantly underweight. I would strongly encourage you to seek medical care and discuss your concerns witha doctor. An eating disorder can be a life-threatening illness.
Even if you don't think that you are underweight, the cessation/end of your periods happening with your eating disorder starting is still significant.

Edit: In response to another answerer: Plan B, the moring after pill, does not "end" a pregnancy. The only contraindication for Plan B is pregnancy, hence it can not be taken by a pregnant person--it will have no effect. Plan B works by postponing ovulation, as well as altering cervical mucous and the uterine lining making sperm mobility and implantation difficult.

You should talk with your doctor. Eating disorders can have a major impact on you menstrual cycle and other bodily functions. It can cause your period to even stop for months at a time. Plan B (the morning after pill) is used to make the attachment of a fertilized egg to a woman's uterus more difficult. You said you have not had sex, so you would not need it. Please get help for your real underlying problem.........Your eating disorder.

not having your period with an eating disorder is a health risk that happens. I would hope you are getting help and when you recover from your eating disorder and gain a healthy weight back your period should more than likely come back and hopefully before you to irreversible health damage to heart, liver kidneys and even die

I'd never encourage someone to take the morning after pill to induce period. I strongly suggest you consult a gynaecologist about your menstrual problem. It really isn't a big deal if you consult your gynaecologist (or a gynaecologist) about your problem.
And just to answer your question, the side effects of morning after pills are nausea, vomiting, headache, and fatigue.

Your eating disorder is causing your lack of periods...you need to put on a little weight...you can get hormones from your doctor to bring back your periods...the type that they give post pregnancy.
