MY buddies and i are going to Kuala Lumpur next weekend. We are intending to go partying on Saturday. Can u tell me where is the happening clubs at the moment? i am into RnB music.
We are also intending to shop there. Where can i get great shopping boutiques/malls in KL?

Dun go clubbing, so dunno which club plays R&B.
Heard that Zouk (jalan ampang) is good.
Also check out Hard Rock Cafe at Concorde hotel.
Besides that, there's Modestos (also in teh same viccinity- just walking distance and there're lots of nice clubbing places around that area).
Check out LUNA BAR near KL Tower. fantastic place
Souled Out cafe and etc - in Hartamas (all clustered in the same area)
Bangsar - Jalan Telawi - also clustered in the same road

Bangsar: Bangsar Shopping Village
Suria KLCC-jln ampang (PUTRA LRT)
Golden triangle - Lot 10, Sg Wang, Times Square, KL plaza (all walking distance from each other) - can reach via monorail
Mid-Valley Megamall - take KTM Komuter
The Mall (take the STAR LRT to PWTC)
Cheras: Cheras Leisure Mall, Jusco Taman Maluri

Check out Jalan P Ramlee, which is the area opposite the Hilton Hotel. It is the club central of KL, popular with Westerners and during the summer, Arabs as well. Zouk is also in the area.
For shopping, visit Mid-valley Megamall, KLCC and 1 Utama, other than the golden belt of Bukit Bintang with the likes of Lot 10, Sungei Wang Plaza and Times Square.

Cant give you an insight on clubbing coz i dont have any impression about it there at all!!!!
For shopping, I like the curve coz it looks like most decent shopping mall in KL. Utama is very quiet!!

the best r&b hang out for me and me buddies will always be at the Zouk@ Jalan Ampang..!!
great shopping experience will BE at the KLCC and in the Bukit Bintang area...loads of great stuff!
