dude, hit a clanique counter at the mall in Dillard's, and let them use your face like a canvas. I is free and you can make a day of it! that way u know exactly what colors work for you, you might get a new brow pencil and work out an evening and a day time look.

By the way, blond and light eyes, try the "Almay" isle in wal-mart. they have everything set up by eye color. It really helps. Like, it will give you 3 eye shadows that make your eye color pop and look really nice. Also, it has pencils, brow pencils that will make u look classy and not slutty.
Good luck and I am sure u will be beautiful!

Since your skin is already really fair (and because you're so young) you don't need to worry about powder, foundation, etc. Instead, use an oil free moisturizer with at least SPF 15.

For eyeshadows, use skintoned shimmers, or very light colors (like lavenders, golden tones, etc). They'll add a little shimmer to your eyes without making your eye makeup look "slutty".

Instead of eyeliners that are black, go for one that is light brown (and this should only be used @ night, skip it for everyday use and use a darker shadow just around the lashline). For daytime with mascara, get a clear mascara (the plus side to that is even if you get sweaty, or cry or anything, you won't have to worry about it running under your eyes) and use a black/brown color for night time.
Don't worry about lipstick, either. I'm 20 and I still don't really wear anything but bonne bell lipgloss (sometimes I splurge on MAC's Lipglass, but... you get the point.

ok, i have platnum blonde hair and hazel eyes, so i know what you are going thru.

try mauves and browns-not heavy- on your eyes, and for your cheeks try a pink, light.

you really have to work with colors. the best thing to do is get one of those makeup kits from walmart that have a billion colors in them and are maybe $10. Then just work with the colors, sit down with your girlfriends and have a weekend being goofy!!! If you don't have cash like that, go and buy one at a time at a local drugstore, cvs, riteaid, walgreens, they all let you return the makeup if you don't like it-it was a policy they instiled yrs ago.

i really think you should try this website, smokeymountainminerals.com. its like the bare minerals, but cheaper. its easy to use and the instructions are with the makeup when it is sent. It makes you look flawless( like your not already) and doesn't break out your skin, and will cover up break outs and is waterproof!!!

i hope it works, my mom didn't tell me anything, so your lucky!!

The secret to wearing makeup is to look like your not really wearing any. I know that sounds stupid but at your age you don't really need a lot. I know people that started wearing too much too soon and now they have to wear it all the time. So, make sure that you are not only wearing the right colors but the right kind of makeup. I always suggest people to try Merle Norman. It is a little pricy but it is a good makeup that will lost a really long time. There website seems like they are targeted for older people but my mom took me there when I was like 15 or so and they really helped out with my age bracket. Also you can try this website for ideas..... http://www.seventeen.com/

Going to a makeup counter is the best! You can tell them what style you want (nothing dark) and they will totally do your makeup for free! The nice thing about that is, they will show you how to put it on and give you a sheet with how to do it and the colors they used. I've gone to the Lancome counter at Macy's and they are really nice! They will tell you about all the products they have and what they do for your skin type.

It's much easier having someone show you how to do your makeup instead of trying to achieve the look by yourself.

A really good time to go to the counters is when they're offering a free gift with purchase. Usually you only have to spend around $25 on one item and you get a nice "starter" set of products to try for free! Lancome usually has a choice of gifts for different skin tones. Clinique is a great place to go too!

I was about sixteen when I first wore makeup. But hey, if your mom is ok with it i would not wear much as it can look slutty which is the word you used. If you use mascara I guess you should use brown or dark brown. For lips, just a touch of light gloss with a hint of color. Good luck :)

For the eyebrows, I recommend going to a salon, they'll show you the proper pencilling/shading techniques.

Aside from that, use a brown mascara, pale pink lipstick or lipgloss and you're good to go.

you should enjoy the natural beauty that your youth affords you while you can before you start seeking artificial means to cover up whatever imagined imperfections you percieve yourself as having. Just use a good facial cleanser and toner and moisturizer, drink plenty of water and take a vitamin supplement, your face will be fine. Don't be in a hurry to grow up, it's much better where you are, enjoy it, your parents will back me up on this, I betcha.

Try... lighter colors such as light pinks, like a light brown(tan) color, light plum color, and maybe a light yellowish gold... you will really just have to test all sorts of things...
lip gloss is always great...
hope you find what fits you best : )
