Absolutely! my mom missed one pill and here I am! If you miss one pill you should continue taking the pill by doubling up the next day and use a different form of birth control for one week, If you missed 2 pills you should you should double up your pill two days in a row and use a different form of birth control for 2 weeks. If you miss 3 pills in a row, you should stop with that cycle of pills allow your period to start and begin a new cycle of pills the first Sunday after the start of your period. You will need to use a different form of birth control until you have completed the entire new cycle of pills.

Mess up do you mean you missed taking the pill during a time when you were having unprotected sex, then the answer is yes there is a chance of getting pregnant.

I'd say there is....I was on bc pills and I got pregnant just from taking antibiotic for 1 day. So mess up once and it could lead to a baby.
