We (USA) have the worst healthcare system in the free world, a social security system that isn't secure, an educational system that's in the crapper, and a war in Iraq that isn't going too well.
Why does anyone care about keeping gays from marrying?

People always need someone to bully. Personally I think they should be allowed to marry. They need their partner to be able to make decisions for them such as pulling the plug when their in the hospital and Im sure they would rather have their partner make that decision then a family member who disowned them years ago. I dont have any gay friends, but to all of you who hate gays for some reason, just wait until someone you know comes out of the closet or you get caught doing something gay. Seems like the people who talk down about it are in the closet to some degree.

wow for a second there you sounded intelligent but then you said the gay thing.... gay marriage doesnt even compare to the other points you said, that should be the least of our concerns right now.
