why do movies i download and burn with dvdsanta pause sometimes?

they dont in roxio my dvd, but sometimes the picture pauses but the audio continues when the movies are burned in dvdsanta. i have emailed them for help but have not recieved a reply and i am tired of wasting dvd's

Lower your burn speed. It will handle the compression better.
