If there is a wilful disregard of a court order, then the proper thing to do is to have the culprit summoned before the court which made the order to be committed to prison for contempt of court. If you're talking about a company, then its directors will have to be summoned in this way.

I guess, in a similar case, you'll wait a thousand years for one of them to 'grant' another order. If your lucky one of the 'JUDGES', and I say that with wood between my teeth, may have 'expired', therefore allowing another snail, including slime, to finish what was started. I hope you have copies of ALL the documentation, as the snails tend to use them in the 'bathroom', and therefore go 'missing'. Courts I wish we could take them to court, slow, pompous, and arrogant , and very well paid, gits

Your Question is not clear! 'Court Order' must be enforce, and if not it is 'Contempt Order' and ha JAIL and/or FINE
