They can't be charged with anything unless they actually made the false claim to the police. As for your workplace, you can claim harassment, but that's about it. Just try to convince your boss that you did not do it and that this worker is clearly lying--not a desirable trait in a worker.

You can file a million dollar lawsuit against that 'person', 'your company' 'police' and the 'attorney general', for Malicious Prosecution; which is CIVIL LAW
You MUST investigate if other 'coworkers' or managers have tried to Target you with 'Malice'. IF you found some 'good evidene' and witnesses that you can charge them with 'Conspiracy' which Civil and Criminal and they may get upto 2 years jail.
