What jobs are the most available if a person doesn't speak Arabic (but speaks English, of course)? What is the best way for searching and finding a job? What to do after that? Any advice would be very helpful.

In Cairo or Alexandria, not in resorts at The Red Sea

Your first step should be to leave your CV at a number of reputable recruitment agencies such as Jobmaster (www.thejobmasters.com), the on-line www.skill-link.com and www.careeregypt.com, and People Plus. There are many more that you can easily locate in and out of Cairo. If you have an aptitude for teaching English, you can apply at any English language school (especially in the American Diploma section) or at an English Language Institute like Berlitz or the Center for Continuing and Adult Education at the American University in Cairo.
Good luck:-)

If you have a good command of English,I'm talking good enough to understand use of noun, verbs prepositions etc.also the patience and ability to teach it.Then try an English language school. There are quite a few in Cairo (many a bit dodgy) but remember the wages are incredibly low in Egypt. Nursing, if you are qualified is another but, again you will be earning about a quarter of U.S. rates if that

its hard to find a job here in egypt without a work permission or a contract.
try www.jobsabroad.com or monster.com
if u cant find something, focus on ur language skills, u said u speak english"ofcourse" so i figure that english is ur mother tongue, if u are willing to teach, maybe u can teach english in language centers or international schools.
try www.berlitz.com its a languages center, very well known.
international schools and companies wont bother hiring someone form outside egypt and giving him work permission, so u can join a language center first and when u come here its easy to find a suitable job.
Goodluck
