Just like anything it only works for so long, you start off hitting the snooze button once and then getting up, then you start hitting it more and more and rationalizing and negotiating with yourself on what things you will give up on your morning routine to have just 9 more minutes of sleep...

I don't use the snooze button anymore. I use to use the snooze button all the time. It made me late for work because of it. Now I have my alarm clock on the other side of the room, this way I have to get up to turn the darn thing off. This way I figure I'm up, might as well get ready for my day.

Snooze buttons suck and are great at the same time.
You love that you have the "snooze" option in the morning, but hate when your alarm goes off again in what seems like a millisecond.
Besides, what kind of real sleep can you get in 10 minute increments?
A quality cycle of sleep takes several hours.
Why do we play this evil game in the morning?

I think you end up feeling more tired after you hit the snooze a few times than if you just get up when your alarm goes off.

its a pretty good idea, unless you're in a hurry. lol.
if you're REALLY sleepy (like how i get a lot) u can just press the snooze button and get up like 5 min. later...but for me, there's no point of a snooze button, becuase if my alarm rings, i hit the snooze button and then turn the alarm off.lol..

I use mine all the time. I wish it wasn't there. I usually put the alarm clock in another room and set it to go off real loud, which scares the cats, but gets me up!

I wake up in a panic if the alarm goes off. I have to mentally program my mind to wake me up before the alarm goes off. Otherwise I won't touch the thing for fear that it would happen again!
