Is there a website that I can locate family a/o friends w/o having to pay for it. I know I can go to ancestry.com, but they charge for it. where else can I look?

E-mails are a little more difficult to get. Hopefully, someone else can help you with that.

You are far more likely to be able to locate an email address, which is less stalker-ish and creepy. Try googling it.
