What is the best, hands down site for free tutorials on PHP?

Besides the free ones, are their any good training videos that cover it? I might be willing to shell out for a good training cd.

check out www.pixel2life.com they have a bunch of tutorials on PHP and many other languages and programs

I did not find any training viodeos on PHP online. But you can visit w3schools.com (http://www.w3schools.com) and get a clear idea about PHP. Its all put in simple language with quickly accessible syntax and methods.
