Ok, if Log BaseX of Z = R

then X^R = Z

BaseX means that there is drawn a tiny X under and after the word log. If you see nothing there, then X = 10.

For Example, Log Base2 of 8 = 3, because 8= 2^3 = 2*2*2

Log Base3 of sqrt(3) = 0.5, because sqrt(3) = 3^(0.5)

I think that that is what you want.

Good luck!

if by this you mean

log(3)(sqrt(3))
log(3)(3^(1/2))
(1/2)log(3)3
ANS : (1/2)

but if you mean

log(sqrt(3)) = log(3^(1/2)) = (1/2)log(3) = (log(3))/2
