Cause during the game you can be down 4 points and then someone comes up a hits a grand slam and everyone is so excited to see what happens next. You never know what is going to happen in the game of baseball. That is why it is so exciting.

Baseball is exciting because its a game in which there are different ways someone can score. There's no net where you have to get the ball into to score, rather you just have to hit the ball and hope no one catches it. Its always fun to fool someone by striking them out, or hitting the ball out of the park. Its a game that requires both luck and skill.

Well, I've never played baseball, but I've played softball. It was okay. I like watching a Cards game from my T.V. much better.

as a hitter, you get to face a hard little white ball that's coming at you at 90 miles an hour (a little round ball and a little round bat and you have to hit it square???? :) )
as a pitcher, you get to throw that ball 90 miles an hour and make it move and dip and dive any direction you know how to make it go.
as a runner, you get to run 30-yard wind sprints and slide around in the dirt (plus that occasional bone-jarring collision with the catcher)
as a fielder, you get to dive for the ball or if you're playing in the outfield you get to sit underneath it and then fling it as far as you possibly can when you finally get it.
as a fan, you get to let your jaw drop open and wonder how all those guys do all those different things so well :) :)

I think that it uses a ton of hand eye cordination. For me, it does have the little bit of excitement.

It is a bit of relaxing with a few seconds of sheer terror periodiclally to play.
TO watch, it is a sleeper

There is a small chance that a player may be struck in the testicles by the ball. That's about it.
