Anywhere, anyone. Rich, poor, white, black, asian, You name it it happens, the ones that are more privilaged seem to hide it more, because of embarrassement, They don't want to lose their social standing, be an outcast.

It happens anywhere, I experienced it mostly at home, but also in the grocery store, in the car, wherever he got mad basically.
