Is there something I can do without surgery or taking who knows what kind of pills to make my "not really there" boobs get bigger?? I'm 22...can't even fill an A, and I'm just very insecure about the way I look...I mean, when guys that I know in the military have a bigger chest then me...something is wrong...any ideas??? and please be serious...

Really your only option is to wear a wonder-bra or something similar. There is an exercise (I can't remember the correct name for it but I'll try to describe it for you. Basically, Grab a couple of 1lb weights to begin with, bend your arms so your elbows are in line with your chest and your weights are just above eye height. Curl your fists around the weights and grip quite strongly. Now bring your arms towards the middle of your chest squeezing your pectoral muscles together when you bring your arms together. Bring your arms back so they align with each side of your body and do 3 sets of 8 reps to begin with. You should really feel this working in your chest area. It will strengthen your muscles but will only show a small improvement in size. Sorry (and I hope you understood my directions) your next best bet is to do the whole boob job thing.

There is something you can do. Go to walmart or GNC and purchase a natural progesterone cream. You will put a small amount on every day for 21 days and not use it for seven. honestly? no. You were genetically predetermined before you were born. I know thats not what you want to hear, but sadly thats the truth. Don't fall for the gimmick pills and creams, they don't work. Your best bet to enhance your bust size without the painful effects of surgery is to buy bras with padded inserts, or gel-like inserts to place in the bra. Some of these are virtually undetectable under clothing, even sheers. Good luck.

My wife purchased some boobs about 5 months ago for 5500$.Her monthly payments are only 85.00$ a month.At first they were great.I had all kinds of fun until I got used to them.I guess she feels better but she can't do some of the things she used to do ,like play soccer and other sporting activities.I guess in a way I miss her old boobies.Stay the way you are!!!

When I was 22 I had no boobs, either. Then when I turned about 25, BAM! These glorious boobs just appeared.
Also--You'd be surprised how many men actually like smaller boobs.

Somebody has brained washed you into thinking that big boobs are more attractive. You don't need any more than you have to be attractive, beside it that what you want a man's attention for? Do not sell yourself short. Many more men are into the womens brains , reasonings, tender caring, and most of all financial earnings.

well on the outside there are those new water filled bras you could wear, but as far as something to make them grow, I can't help ya. Being a DDD cup myself I am sorry I couldn't give any more advise than this

Without surgery you should use fake boobs..u can buy them online they look and feel pretty real. But im not sure if there are any breast enhancer pills but good luck...

There isn't anything you can do except build up your pectoral muscles with exercise (weight lifting) etc.
Small breasts excite many men. In fact I went on a blind date last week and was told that he couldn't see me again because my breasts were too big.
Wear padded bras for shape. And concentrate on improving your education, personality, etc. and less on your boobs!

You can do pectoral exercises to increase the muscle mass under your breasts, which might help you look bigger, but there is nothing else you can do except learn to dress to enhance the breasts you have and try not to worry about it.
