I'm a guy and i really think it smells like crap! Old Spice or Degree for Men is way better. I just dont see why Axe is so popular, do you?

It's never been about the actual smell to begin with. It's all about advertising and gimmicks. Axe is advertised as giving men a sexual edge which it doesn't.

I think it's popular because it's cheap and you can get it at Walmart and Target. So you'll probably think I have no class, but I use it and the ladies at work seem to like it. The only problem is, the scent is not as long lasting as a real men's cologne.

AXE is the WORST! The Advertising is for Losers who can't think for themselves, but are only concerned with the false promise of sexual contact.

i agree with lots of the other posters..i find it too strong along w/other perfumes and colgones..and it smells gross...it's just a cover up...and it's cheap, therefore in because you can easily get it...also..it has the marketing which people who like it..persuade others to join

I like axe because its not overpowering. Regular colognes give me headaches.
