Yes you can. Most federal agencies, however, are extremely selective in their applicants. Joining the military and working in that field is a start and something to help you into those areas but I would wait until you graduated college first. Why?
This is what recruiters won’t tell you up front. In most branches of the military, a college degree will qualify you for officer training. This means you enter the military as a Commissioned Officer (2nd Lt for example). This is where the real future in the military is. Doing this in the technology area of the military for a few years will more than qualify you for nearly any position you could hope for in the government or private sector.
Also try learning a foreign language. This is extremely valuable in the Intelligence sectors. Being fluent in a foreign language and having a technology degree with the military experience will be almost a guaranteed position in any agency.

The talents are not in corporate areas. This is pure
coincidence. They are teams, and have leadership actions.
The inventors links are a blast of fast changing nuance. The
business sector in basic client areas like food, planning,
lumber, lighting, audio, and storage are adding nice job clubs.
Basic is do what you are good at. Baseball players are good
at soccor, and little league school teaching, then some go on
to become investment counsels, aiding other careers. There
is a wide very large public, get arranged where and what you
find to be limits, if you like to swim try the coastal farmers.
When you like to fly then you will be totally adjusted to the
huge business activities that transpire. Start with safety.

Sweetie anything is possible, if you keep your eye on it. Keep networking and research on these organizations. Submit your resume, also, internships and some post-grad experience looks really good. So along with "planning your major", internships should be in there somewhere, keep your grades high and your mind revved up. Just do it!
