Air Force has won the Commander in Chief Trophy the most.
It was first awarded in 1972.

Air Force 16 times.
Navy 8
Army 6
Tied 4 times

Note: If Navy wins the Army-Nave game on December 2nd they will win this year's Trophy, their 9th. If Army wins it will be the 5th time they've tied and Navy keeps it because they won the trophy last year.

The previous poster had the CIC trophy correct. Here are the records of the three vs. each other:

Air Force 27, Army 13, 1 tie (including Air Force's 43-7 win this year)
Air Force 25, Navy 14 (including Navy's 24-17 win this year)
Navy 50, Army 49, 7 ties (two meet on Dec. 2 in Philadelphia)

Air Force has not been playing football nearly as long as Army and Navy. Navy is up by 2 games on Army I believe.
