MBSA-Microsoft Baseline Security Analysis.....Does anyone use it and does it conflict with anything???

Do you find it to be a useful tool and is it recommended?

I used it for a while and it was OK. Like most Microsoft Applications it always finds something wrong that it wants to fix. I believe that I got everything fixed finally.

As far as it conflicting with anything, I did not have any problems.
