None...I found out that i will be alone. I found that out today. I am not feeling sorry for myself and i would serve others if i were well enough to....but i am not, so I will watch the snow fall and perhaps play on the computer and remember my friends....read, watch a little telly...and write to those who mean a lot to me thanking them for being in my life.
Food....I am simply thankful for anything I have ......thanks for the question....i needed this reality check.

It's not even Thanksgiving and I've already gained about 10 pounds. Yikes! I can't wait for my Thanksgiving feast next week. Yummm....turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, green beans, yams, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie! I just gained another 10 pounds thinking about all that food! Yikes!

Maybe a pound or two, if that. I usually don't put on weight despite what I eat. I'm thankful for that!! Even if I do put on any weight, it's usually gone by the next day anyway...

I don't know and I don't care. Thanksgiving is once a year and it's a time where you're not supposed to worry about calorie's. Eat until you can't eat anymore, if you're on a diet, you might as well put it off, until the new year!
