Which are the good schools for a BA in business admin. in Southern California?

My brother plans to major in Business Administration, and was wondering what school to transfer to from the second best community college in Southern California, for his Bachelor in Business.

USC or LMU, if he can consider a private school. CSUN, CSULB, or CSUF if not.

There is no best community college anywhere.

I think Marshal Business School in USC is okay. For masters UCLA's Anderson Business school.
