Because that is exactly what everyone wants. Who decided that we should obsess over these two anyway? He is ugly and a cheater and she is a homewrecker. They won't be together long, and she'll wind up with like 20 kids with no help (well besides a fully paid staff of Nannies so she doesn't have to *gasp* hold her own baby! OMG!).

Obviously to me, Brad and Angelina are currently making a serious and seriously stupid mistake in refusing photograghs of their new daughter, Shiloh. These photos of Shiloh (when eventually and inevitably are received by the press) are going to be worth millions. Thousands of desparate photographers are going to be stalking Brad, Anglina, and Shiloh's every move to try to get the first picture of this baby girl. It's certainly a horrilbe existence.
This is stupid on Brad and Angelina's part.
A much better plan: Schedule a major, MAJOR media session with their new child. invite every silly, stupid publication who is out there. Let everyone take pictures all at once....... Make them take turns. And then insist that all photographers will leave at 6 pm.
No single picture of Shiloh could possibly be worth very much because there are hundreds and hundreds of these pictures out there. The parents achieve the privacy for their child that they wanted without having to fight for it. Brad and Angelina get to completely control the whole day. As opposed to Brad and Angelina running and hiding their daughter from photographers who are hiding behind every bush and tree. This is not good for Shiloh or any human kid.
