Great question, because a lot of people enjoy some of the campiness and fun of the older movies. "Goldfinger" is probably the best, but I really enjoyed "Diamonds are Forever" and "A View to a Kill"; seeing Roger Moore and Christopher Walken fight to the death on the Golden Gate bridge was one of the best Bond fights ever! I also have a soft spot for "On Her Majesty's Secret Service," but whoever thought of casting Telle Savalas as Blofeld was out of their mind -- they should've asked for Donald Pleasance back!

I agree with Sean, has made some great observations.
Some of my faves:
Live and Let Die- title song from Paul McCartney alone makes it worthwhile.
Moonraker
Goldfinger
License to Kill- I thought this was severely under-rated.
