Sure. But only files that is in the limewire shared folder.
In limewire, go to the library tab. You'll see your shared files and folder there.

They shouldn't be able to. The only folder they have access to is your "Shared" folder-unless you have selected other folders for Limewire to use. However, this does not mean that people cannot get into your computer through the program. Very clever ones out there... So watch out and be careful.

It's a P2P Client.

That means that it works as a link between two or more peer computers.

That's why you need to designate a "Shared" folder which others can share with you and download from. However, others cannot access any other files on your system.

I think you'll agree that it's only fair that you share the stuff that you got for free since someone else was magnanimous enough to share with you, with others like you.

Otherwise, of course, you can join the horde of freeloaders who infest the Net.

Yes there is a download and an upload.

These files are only limited to the files that you have previously downloaded its in a folder marked limewire.

Only from the folders which you directly set to share files from. Limewire has absolutely no access to folders which you have not provided it access to.
