is there such a automobile that have both bicycling and when ever you want it to change into a motorcycle?if there is,where can i get it and how much it cost?

The original Moped was this way, allthough I haven't seen one like it since the 80's

There was the ever so popular Mo-Ped back in the 80's. I think they went for about 300 and up. Look at www.brandshut.com

it'ld be kinda wierd to see an auto (4 wheels) change into a cycle (2 wheels) and survive in operable condition.

All of the above answers are correct. There are a few companies that still make them "TOMOS" is one of them. However, they typically are shitty to ride as bicycles.

You're describing the classic version of the Mo-Ped, but I don't know how much they cost these days.
