When my boyfriend and I have sex or even while he's going down on me...I get to the point where my hips are buckling, but I always start pulling away because I can't take it anymore and never orgasm...he understands, but I hate it...what can I do to relax and just let go??

ask him to start with fingering.. try locating where your sensual spot is and try stimulating you. Just keep your mind clear of everything and just lay back and close your eyes or kiss him when he starts to finger you lightly, probably lightly rubbing your clitoris and not inserting his fingers in you.

going down on you may be too overwhelming for a start.

enjoy!

You orgasm the same way you get to Carnegie Hall...practice! practice! practice! On your own with no one watching, no stress, and no expectations. Once you achieve it a few times, it starts happening faster and you'll become comfortable with it. Use toys, fingers, shower massager, whatever works for you, and work on that clit until you get tired or orgasm. It may take a few tries to experience one and you may be an oddball like me who also needs visual stimulation, so you can try doing it in front of a mirror. So much for women not being visually stimulated.

That is a hard one. That happens to most of us. at least to me. Sometimes it's a matter of changing where you are , being someplace different. Sometimes it's a matter of that happening a couple of times and then you feel like it will be too intense so you can't do it. It may be just taking it to the next step, you either masterbate or use a toy and get that first one done. Then start over again with him. It may break the cycle for you. you can do this the night before or when you're alone, of course. good luck.

i used to have the same problem. Then I got a boyfriend whom i was comfortable with and now he can make me orgasm wonderfully and it is all because we are so super comfy together. Also ask him to just go a bit slower, that should help you to achieve an orgasm naturally. Good luck!

Try to do it by yourself, where there is no pressure to orgasm. It does take practice and the feelings can be very intense. soemtimes it can feel almost painful for me to be stimulated. Once you are comfortable with yourself, then try again with your boyfriend.

I remember this well. I held my wife so she couldn't pull away a few times.
Believe me, she doesn't try to pull away anymore!
