House was amazing tonight!!! As usual! But there was one small part I didn't get (WARNING: A slight spoiler coming up right now)...what was that whole thing where House told Wilson to leave the hotel room and he said he didn't want to push it with him? And then Wilson takes House's cane and has someone else pose as House while he talks to a woman? And then he comes back and House is sitting on the floor in the hallway and they say something about an alibi? Anyone understand that whole part?

He was giving House an alibi so he wouldn't be involved in the other guys suicide.

The kids father (John Larroquette) wanted to donate his heart to his son, was told he couldn't because he wasn't dead or dying, so the next option was to committ suicide. The pretending to talk to House in the Casino was to give House an alibi that he wasn't near the room where the father committed suicide.
The comment about not pushing it with Wilson, was related to Wilson telling House that his lying about the prescriptions written for House for pain medications (by House) were pushing their friendship, because he was getting himself into trouble with the police.

Yes, Lynn was right. He used the guy as an alibi because House was talking to the other guy about ways he could commit suicide without damaging his heart so he could use it on his son.

If house and wilson were verifiably at the casino when the patient "commits suicide" then house (and wilson) are innocent of murder.

I think that it's becaus Wilson knows that House has been stealing scribs from him to get Vicodin.
