Are you serious? That is not a question that must have real facts as an answer. You can not blame a country for this but people. Even if the government of a specific country planned this terrorist attack, you couldn't blame a "country" as a whole. By the way read more! It will help you become smarter

no country is behind the bombing. it was the work of a group of individuals. on the other hand, the bombings in iraq are done by the united states as a country. thats why people hate americans.

Not a country, a group - Al queda (or however it's spelled). And they were/are in Afghanistan. However, many of the suicide bombers were Saudi Arabian. This is an interesting fact considering that the US and Saudi Arabia have diplomatic ties and Saudi Arabia provides us with a great deal of oil.

Osama bin Laden claimed that he was the one who planned the 9/11 attacks and intelligence said that he was @ Afghanistan. The troops were pulled out of Afghanistan and are now in Iraq.

It was done by the group Al-Qeada, which was in Afghanistan at the time. Now the leaders are thought to be hiding in Pakistan, in an area the government doesn't control.
