this is very common in a lot of schools, the only real way to stop this is home school or else a lawsuit. Also, you can talk to the news about this. You just have to get the word out.

along with keeping records on everything. Keep making a public cry. Take your daughter to the doc. you can bring a case against the school, the principal, and the girl that is assaulting your daughter. Physical assault is a crime. Call the police, make people aware, talk to the parents of the assaulting teen. Remember you may not have the whole story, so get the facts first and then move from there.

first of all , i would call the superintendent since he is higher up than the principal and they tend to get mad when they hear things like this. and if nothing happens with that, i would think about taking them out of the school and into another nearby, though that can be an inconvience. it is possible you can talk to the bullies parents, but that isn't guarrenteed to work either. but i strongly suggest the superintendent thing.

Ask the school to provide a police officer. Or teachers standing around watching for this type of crap. The school must do something about this. You cannot let your daughter continue to be bullied.

report it to the police right away and put a restraning order against her whatever you can do .Enough is enough .But talk to your daughter and make sure she isnt hiding anything. You cant always fight her battles ,but the principle should be reported ,he should have called the parents and police in to talk to you all to see what the problem was before he just called on the phone.

Sadly, you can't make them do anything. But, by documenting EVERYTHING you will have a lot stronger case and more will be done. If you can walk in there and slam down a file of the dates, names and descriptions she can't ignore you. Sounds like she just doesn't care.

Take it to the school board. You have to talk to her supervisor and probably go in front of the board.
