I keep feeling little spasms in my abdomen that feel like a baby kicking. I'm not pregnant, so what could this be?

proably gas...haha my husband and i thought i was pregnant in march so by july i had i belly ache...with the gassiness and he kept wanting to "feel" the baby move...haha...a month later the doctor confirmed were not pregnant....and to thi day we still havent talked about it!!!

I have heard that baby kicks feel like gas moving.

It would be gas. They can be confused with baby kicks.

Most likely this is gas. It also could be that you have internal inflamation. Or you could be feeling waste traveling through your intestines.

when i was like 9 i told my mom i thought i was pregnant bcuz i felt little kicks inside my stomach she let me know it was just gas :)
