People cant get mad cow disease. There is variant they can get and it eats at your spinal cord, brain and nerve tissue slowly. Bird Flu is rare but the symptoms are from (fever, cough, sore throat, and muscle aches) to eye infections, pneumonia, severe respiratory diseases (such as acute respiratory distress syndrome), and other severe and life-threatening complications. Can be treated so I will take Bird flu

Neither, but if I HAVE to pick one, it would be Bird-flu.
If it kills you, it does it pretty fast (unlike mad cow disease), but best thing is you CAN recover from it. (again, unlike from mad cow disease)
