I know right i am so ticked at her i thought she was smarter than that . Well they showed Luke and chris having like what appears to be a showdown in the middle of town. I hope that Luke whoops the tar out of chris and lorelai goes and gets an anulment realizing that Luke really does love her. God one can only hope. Then rory tells them she is mad at them . Good who can blame her that was really stupid of lorelai to do that. I am so mad at this that the writers would throw them being married into the show. Yuck!!!! That is all I have to say on this subject.good luck and god bless and happy thanksgiving.

She was WAY too impulsive on that decision. Getting married without Rory or her family was not a very smart choice. If they decided to get engaged in Paris, fine. But she needed to take time to think the marriage decision through. Seems to me that Chris picked poor Lorelai up on the rebound from her relationship with Luke and pushed her too fast into marriage. Even Lorelai was not that keen on getting married right then and there, but she did it. She's so sick of waiting to get married that she didn't even think about what she was doing. It's like they're trying to finish up what they started 22 years ago.
There is some hope, though, judging from the preview of future Gilmore Girls episodes. Rory was mad, understandably, that her parents randomly decided to get married without even warning her or anyone else. And it looks like Chris and Luke are going to get into a big fight! It was great when Luke punched Chris the last time, and I hope he does it again. And it also looked like Emily was happy, something that Lorelai goes out of her way to prevent. I can't wait until next Tuesday!

Just because she marries someone you don't approve of doesn't make them demented. everyone has different taste in who they like and who they approve of.

I just can't belive that she did it and she did not invite Rory. If she loved Rory enough then she would have told chris to wait and put her foot down about it.
