well, I really don't understand what I am asking either but I would like to know what a certain book makes you feel inside, what are the emotions that a certain book gives you? yeah I sound freaky...

another thing I want to add...think of your favorite book, poem, anything. now, if you could describe it into a panoramic scene, what would you describe it as? this one is for the people that feel like thinking right now....

There are many different types of books that trigger different emotions. I think all literature is awesome in some way, each authors work means something to someone in the world. Its all original and unique in its own way. And your question was excellent...not freaky lol.

It makes me feel lost, I love being lost inside a character to the point where I think about them long after I'm done reading the book. One of the best novels I read was 'A Fine Balance'.

I was a strong philosopher, but not now.

Literature makes me feel happy than philosophy does, even if it's a tragedy. Only a few things makes me feel life is well worth living, Mozart's music and various kind of literature works.

That's the whole basis of storytelling. Stories must make someone feel at least a little something, or it isn't a very good story.

Basically it comes down to identifying with the characters and feeling what the characters feel. Whatever that may be.

books can generate almost all feelings because if you're interested and absorbed in the book, you become part of the book and walk with your characters. books can be very powerful that way

i like books that make me think, that dont always follow convention, and those that have some kind of meaning behind them... if the book freaks me out, so much the better, it means that its hit a nerve, and maybe changes my outlook on things...
