watch "my super sweet sixteen" and get some ideas from there. if your budget isn't as big as theirs, then just take the idea they had and simplify that into a more suitable budget

What you can do for your birthday is have a mall scavenger hunt or a scavenger hunt in your neighbourhood. It's alot of fun and does not necessarily cost alot. If you'd rather stay at home, I suggest karaoke or you could also have a dance competition using the Dance Dance Revolution Arcade Game.
Also, rent some movies to watch. If you want, after the party, you could hold a sleepover just for you and your girlfriends.

Don't drink! You want to remember your birthday. Why don't you take yourself and all your close family and best friends to a theme park with a camcorder. Then post it on youtube so we can share your birthday with you and leave more comments like 'Happy 16th Birthday'.

If it's like at home then hire a DJ with experience and grab all your friends along and dance the whole night away or maybe a classic ten bowling party with all your girlfriends

If ur like me u would go GO-KARTING or maybe TEN PIN BOWLING with some friends (maybe if ur a more quiet type u coiuld just have a little party with ur family(not likly if i was u tho))u could also go shoping and holla at some guys that youve never seen before just for the saqk eof it because you'll probably never see them again anyway and if you do they wont remember u and u wont remember them!!!!!!!!!!!! ((man was that ever a mouthful))

suggest getting together a sweet 16 party and invite all ur friends.
another suggestion: on ur 16th bday, kiss a really cute boy. it doesnt have to be his lips lol. it can be his cheek. u dont have to though.
