I, too have drifted away from friends I know since childhood. The best thing to do is have a peer mediation. Sounds totally, dorky, right? Talk to her privately, so no one get embarrassed and tell her your honest feelings. i know it may be hard at first, but trust me, once you get going, it'll be easier. Set up some rules, like no interruptions, and let her talk. Tell her she's been hurting you, and that she's too bossy! don't raise your voice or tell her you hate her though. =P LET HER TALK TOO! Maybe she's been going through something. when my friends and I did this, I let them talk also. WE all ended on the floor bawling, but it was GOOD. I felt...RELIEVED. My friends and I are A LOT happier, and now, we know to talk BEFORE we blow up. Let her say what she needs too, but IF SHE starts getting aggressive, or rude-WALK AWAY. You don't deserve that. Maybe your friendship can be salvaged, most likely no, but at least you won't end the friendship on bad terms. Tell her that this is what's best for both of you, and you know longer desire her he company. Be the better person and walk away if things get ugly.
God bless, hun!

I guess somethings happening in her life that turned her into who you don't like. You could talk to her less, answer less of her calls, and not hang out with her that much... she will get the hint, but this process takes a longer time than just telling her to kiss off. You could of course tell her how you really feel, but that will lead you into a confrontation. It often happens that life long friends no longer have anything in common, and grow apart. Whatever you do, chances are, she will be hurt by it, and there is just no way to avoid that.

Try to find the best mood to talk to her. Come on, after all you've been friends for a long time. Just list down those incidents that she is rude and bosy and tell her that you find it annoying. See if she has answers to all and clarify it...

I would personally just find ways to avoid her. I am very non-confrontational like that. If you have known her for a very long time, is what is upsetting you really worth losing a good friend?

I dont think of you ought to write a "very final digital mail". i think of you ought to slowly distance your self from them. at last you wont ought to digital mail one yet another in any respect. start up replying with short replies the comparable way your pal does. Dont initiate verbal substitute. additionally according to risk your pal is appearing this way with the aid of fact they such as you (greater desirable than purely acquaintances) and is scared to flow forward and permit you already know?? If i'm completely off, in no way recommendations. lol good success!

This has happened to me before, and I just told her the truth straight because if I hadn't ,then I'd still have all the things I wanted to tell her bottled up inside. In your case, just tell her how you feel. And if she is really bossy then she would realize it if you told that she is bossy and give her examples of her bossiness.

you should just tell her that her personality has changed and you wish she would change back before you have to stop being friends with her.
