I do stuff like that all of the time. Sometimes, I search my car and think I have forgotten something important. I go home for it, only to discover it really was in my car...It's frustrating. :)

I have, and I have gone on a bus trip, from Maine to Buffalo, NY, leave my car at a park and ride, and wonder about having locked the car. I had 5 days to worry about it and wonder if my car would be there when I got back. Or find it the way I left it.

Yes... oh yessss... i hate that more than anything. I do that with my flat iron too. My coffee pot. You name it. I have gotten to where i have to wrap a rubber band around my finger before i leave so i know that i have double checked everything just so i won't drive all the way back home.

I don't rush back home. I tell myself it is locked and everything will be okay.
