I need to know how important these things are to get fixed. Can I drive it for a few days or do I need to take it in NOW, or not worry about them at all? Here in Oklahoma we don't need to get our cars inspected, so if that's all its for that wouldn't be a problem. I know almost nothing about cars, please help. Also any ideas on about how much it should cost and how long it'd take? Thank you!

Not to worry. The knock sensor tells the computer if your car is pinging, usually caused by low octane gas, and adjusts the timing to compensate. The o2 sensor is in the exhaust system and tells the computer if the engine is getting the proper fuel mixture. They are emission control devices. Be sure they are defective before you change them. Dealers like to take your money and you can get ripped off pretty easy.
