The last really big OOPS! was when i was around 17 or 18..it was me and my brother in the car and we had just taken my mom to the store to get gas and other things..when i heard the car door slam (which i though was my mom getting back in the car after paying..but was actually her just getting some money out of the car and going back inside) so i started to leave and i had gotten about a block away when my brother very quietly says "what about mom?"..so i slam on the brakes and look back and i can see her running down the street after us..that was pretty embarrassing but luckily she was a good sport about the whole thing

It was just a few weeks ago when I decided to reinstall my OS. Well... I thought I had archived everything... oops. I forgot to archive my htdocs, which contained all my web design work. I'm lucky I still had most of it online and elsewhere.
Interestingly. I didn't exactly morn for any of it. I though, "Well.. I guess it was time to clean the slate and start over, so that's that."

It must have been when I made a mistake on my paper and my mom corrected it...a long time ago.
I tend to say "oop" instead, like when I accidentally hit my cat in the nose with a toy.

I was rolling up the car window and my dog's big floppy ear got caught in there cuz he had his head out the windw when we were driving.
I guess he didn't bull his head far back enough, and the automatic window pinched his ear.
He is fine, we played fetch right after. We were actually going to the park.

i didn't say it but, yahoo said it... i was trying to place a vote for something and it didnt look like it went thru the first time so i tried it again and it said,
