if you were going out on a first date with someone you really liked, to the movies and a nice restaurant, not real expensive but nice, what would you recommend wearing. something cute would be nice. thanks :)

I would say a cute pair of dark denim jeans, a pair of maybe medium to mid heel shoes, and either a button up shirt open with a cute top underneath and maybe a jean jacket or even a leather jacket. Or if its too cold for that a nice sweater. That way you look cute but not to revealing. Keep somethings to the imagination. Good luck and have fun on your date :)

You want to dress cute, but not looking like you are TRYING to impress. So some nice jeans and a semi-sexy top. Also wear a nice plain-colored, button down sweater because it will be freezing in the movie theater. Have fun on your date!

My go to date outfit has always been a really cute blouse, something silky or satiny, with thick straps usually, and not TOO much cleavage, and my best pair of jeans, and high heels. Don't forget to bring a blazer or jean jacket just in case.
I'm also not too big on jewelry, so I keep it simple with just a small necklace, or some stud earrings, but not both. And, since its a date, dark eyeliner on the top eyelid only, and the rest neutral.

What do you feel comfortable in? Casual dress or jeans and a cute top. Start with your original style. Don't get too casual or he'll think you don't care (that's what I do with guys I want as only friends). Too dressy, he'll think you're trying too hard. Too skanky, he'll think you're a... skank. Since a nice restaurant is involved, err on the side of dressy.
Specifics? Sorry, I'm no fashionista, but I know how guys think.

A sexy shirt (a little cleavage) and cute jeans (some that make your butt look good) The shirt brings out the sex appeal and the jeans make you look like your comphy not like you over doing it. Like you could be ready for anything fun.
Its been proven that guys prefer girls that are simple and cute than over the top makeup and short skirts and super high heels. It catches his eyes but it makes you seem too high matinence.
Keep it simple but sexy...

Jeans are really popular for dates now a days. try a nice neat pair, with either some heels, or nice slim heeled boots. wear a top that says"don't you wish you met me sooner, but don't touch!" if you know hwat I mean. and wear a jacket, of course. may i suggest a black or charcoal double breasted coat? remember, it is possible to look nice and casual at the same time!

What would impress me would be if the girl dressed modestly. It can be any style--nice, cute, pretty, casual, dressy--as long as it is tasteful and not too revealing. This would make an amazingly great impression.

Show off your assests. Nice arms? wear a short sleeved shirt. Nice legs? wear a shorter skirt. Since it's fall and movie theatres are always cold, you may stay warm by wearing khakis and a sweater.

dont wear anything revealing because it will make u look trashy and available to anyguy. u dont want him to think of u as a sl*t. i recommend something casual like some cute jeans and a fancy (but not to fancy) kind of top. maybe like a nice lacy top.
