Yes, I have been experiencing a challenge, in the last month. I witnessed a crime, the dog catcher in the town where I work, choked a puppy to death, and I have been fighting the town, and the so called leaders of this town, to do something about this man. I have written letters to various individuals and organizations. I have been called a liar. I have been patronized. I've had to speak in the town meeting, shaking like a leaf, and being belittled the whole time. But through it all, I have continued to stand up for what I believe and continued the fight.

Getting married at 18 , never finishing high school, and on top of that being a new immigrant of only 3 years . Never spoke english before .... and succeeding after 40 years of struggles .
