I'd keep mine! My birthstone is aquamarine and thats my favorite color. (oh and also i was born in St. Patricks Day :) And i'm Irish!..well just a little irish but still.)

I was born in August so my birthstone is a peridot. As far as I am concerned a peridot is rather indistinctive. It's a very pale color and not very striking. I would prefer to have a sapphire, diamond or opal as a birthstone.

I never really cared for mine which is Topaz, however the older I get the better I like it and also there are now so many different colored Topazes that I now have a better selection. But if I could change it, it would have to be the Emerald.........I love an Emerald surrounded by Diamonds!

So far, my birthstone is sapphire. But bascially I dont wanna change it. It's fate. You can't change fate dude.

Sapphire, because I got ripped off with Peridot. It looks like green glass.

Mine is a Ruby (July)...which I like, but it is very hard to find jewelry with white gold and ruby...it always seems to be yellow gold. My Mom's is Emerald (May), I think that is very pretty. Same with Sapphire....December, I think? I know I don't like August's....I forgot what it's called but it's a greenish/yellow.

I would change mine to aquamarine. I have ruby and I'm not a big fan of red...but I love blue.
