Easy on Firefox 2.0 go up to Tools, then clear private data, you might have to go into options and change what it actually clears..you can also set it so it automatically clears that info every time you close firefox

Go to Tools, Internet Options, Content, AutoComplete, and then click on "Clear Forms" and "Clear Passwords" then click okay, and okay again.

attempt going into your address e book. double click on your associates call; this can educate their information. delete the e-mail address that you do not want anymore and keep the adjustments to the cardboard. not constructive yet well worth a attempt.

Set it to auto-clear on exit.
