How can I Delete or Quaritine a File that has been infected by a Virus and is over procted?

plx help my sister in law got a virus and we scaned the computer and it pops out and we want to clean, delete, or quaritine the file but the computer says cannot do this because the file is overprocted?

try an online virus scan such as trend micro listed below
once you click on the "scan my pc" it will request that a file be downloaded to your computer - accept this request/say yes

sounds to me like you are going to have to wipe your hard drive and start fresh. first however try booting in safe mode and then quarintining the virus, or you might try a different virus program. google has a download for norton for free for six months. it works good for me
