If you are really hungry and going out for a delicious meal that you will sit down to in approximately an hour, will you eat something now so you won't look like a pig, or wait and enjoy it more fully when the time finally does come?

I would have a yogurt or glass of milk, because i do not want to go nuts. To me, "enjoying it more fully" means I will gobble t up too quickly, maybe not stopping in time, before overeating.

If I'm hungry when we're leaving, I usually have a small snack unless the restaurant is very close. We've had too many times that we got lost looking for the place, got in a traffic jam (california highways are a nightmare!), or the place we weanted was clsed and we had to look for somewhere else. No fun arriving at a restaurant cranky and starving.

Well I use to always eat before I went somewhere so I wouldn't look like a pig, but then I would never finish my food. So now I just wait and finish what I order.

When they put ME "out for a delicious meal", it's usually to the picnic area ou'chonder cuz they say I's messy when I eat.

No, I actually do the worst thing possible. If I am going to go out and eat in a nice restaurant, I'll skip meals so I can eat more when I'm out.

Not if I am going out to dinner or a meal. I do when I am invited over to someone's house and they don't meantion if they will have food available. It is always a good idea just to be on the safe side.

Drink a lot of water before the meal. You're almost fooling your stomach by making it seem like it's full.

Depends on who's paying, eh?
But seriously . . . I admire myself having a sturdy and healthy appetite.
