I've read the book twice, but it's been a few months. I would say speaking from memory that when Bella goes cliff diving and the resulting aftermath of that...when everyone thinks she was trying to kill herself...and Edward gets the WRONG message that she had killed herself would be a significant scene from the book.

Other passages that are memorable to me is earlier in the novel, near the very beginning when Bella and Edward are watching Romeo and Juliet together. And he is sitting behind her whispering Romeo's lines in her ear! Maybe it's just me, but that is one of the highlights :)

There are so many scenes that come to mind. When she starts hearing Edward's voice in her ear whenever she takes risks or puts herself in danger. Doesn't that happen when she's out with her friend in a nearby town and she's weirded out by the zombie movie??? I don't recall the details perfectly. But I think it's around that time.
