I don't like Hilary Duff, she's the only hollywood actress/singer that makes me judge her before knowing her, I dunno why... I just don't like her. And Miley, the Hannah Montana actress is funny and sweet, she isn't afraid 2 b who she is and she dosen't care what people think about her, well, at least that's the vibe she makes go round, and that's great!. I like Miley most, by far.

p.s. I don't like Miley's show, but I HATE Lizzie Mcguire, only dumb people think she's smart and admire her, I think, no offense, nothing personal, sorry!. Let's face it, Hilary Duff should get a life, she's not good at anything.

Meh, I don't really like either but I'd choose Hannah Montana over Hilary Duff anytime.

i hate both of them. i was like 10 when hilary duff started acting on disney for lizy miguire. i was her biggest fan untill she quit and started singing. not that her voice is bad.. but nothing special. i think shes turned into a snob. also i dont like hannah montana ( miley cyrus) because i think she has gotten to much fame and fortune to fast and its gone to her head. also her show sucks. they both get everything the want they r so fake.

Hannah Montana isn't a real person but if you are talking about Miley Cirus, I wouldn't be able to pick because I have never met either of them
