How do I get mew in pokemon leaf green or ruby or pokemon fire red

you can only get it if you use a cheat/destruction device or if you attend a nintendo event.
on saturday, september 30, 2006, there was a Mew event at Toys R Us
if you go to http://www.pokemon.com they list it when there are events like this, and i think you can even be set up for email alerts or something
supposedly, you can also perhaps get an old sea map via Mystery Gift - but remember, you need a nintendo store to communicate with your game's mystery gift - drive to new york, i guess. (http://www.psypokes.com/lab/events.php )

use an action replay i used it and now have mew,mewtwo,ho-oh,and celibi on ruby version

The only way to get it without CHEATING!!! is to go to special nintendo events.
I got mine from toys R us a month ago.

you can get an Action Replay and look for codes on www.cheathappens.com they have lots and lots of cheats
