i seen someone murder someone else should i tell anyone or keep it to myself and let the guy run loose?

You should go to the cops immediately! Your life may be in danger and the cops CAN and WILL protect you. I suggest you go NOW. Don't wait until morning. Pack a bag with 2 sets of clothes, shampoo, toothbrush, hairbrush, deodorant, and any other toiletries/medicines you need. Go NOW. Don't wait.

Its easy for everyone to sit here and tell you to turn the guy in but what if that guy is someone who has a longer arm than the law . You could very easily be victim number 2 . If the guy isnt connected then sure turn him in but just make sure when you do that you give all the details of what you saw and dont add or leave out anything. Personally I would also look at who he killed. If it was a no good person that needed to be taken out anyway then no I wouldnt tell on the person who had the balls to take him out or her out. You never know maybe the person that was killed had raped some kid or something , the law would of only locked them up for a minute and put them back on the streets so the murder would of been doing society a favor.

You should mind your own business or it may complicate you. besides dealing with the police is a headache. The next thing you know they will blame you. Although morally you probably should if you think you can save the world but i wouldn't.

If you don't report it and you have any kind of relationship or connection with the person who did it you may also be connected to the crime later. You should go to the police immediately.

First could you sleep at night knowing that a family may never get justice because you didn't speak up? secondly, i think its a crime not to report something like that. but that aside you could have your identity concealed for your protection

Why on earth would you WANT to keep it to yourself??? Unless you know the suspect and are trying to protect him. You need to contact the authorities, you need to come forward with this information.

ABSOLUTELY.....plus in some instances, you can be charged with obstruction of justice if you don't tell them and they found out you knew. Stop them now before it happens again.
